1. About Life Connections Worldwide

Life Connections Worldwide Pty Ltd provides a phone reading service that connects customers with psychic, spiritual and intuitive readers. Readings are delivered by phone and are intended to provide guidance, insight and entertainment.

2. Entertainment and Guidance Disclaimer

Readings provided through Life Connections Worldwide are for guidance, insight and entertainment purposes only. Readings should not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, psychological, professional or emergency advice.

If you require medical, legal, financial, mental health, safety or emergency assistance, you must contact the appropriate qualified professional, support service or emergency authority.

3. Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, add funds or use the Life Connections Worldwide phone reading service. By using our service, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions.

4. Member Accounts

To use the phone reading service, you may be required to create a member account and provide accurate contact and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You agree not to share your account access with another person, misuse the service or provide false or misleading information.

5. Pricing and Call Charges

All Life Connections Worldwide readers are charged at the same rate:

$44.00 flat rate for 20 minutes, then $2.20 per minute after the first 20 minutes.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Pricing may be updated from time to time, but the applicable price will be the price displayed or advised at the time you use the service.

6. Important 20 Minute Reading Rule

The $44.00 flat rate is for one reading session of up to 20 minutes with one reader. You must use the full 20 minutes with the reader you select.

If you end the call or hang up before the 20 minute period has finished, any unused time is forfeited. Unused time cannot be transferred to another reader, saved for later, exchanged or refunded, except where required by law.

7. Adding Funds and Payment

You may be required to add funds to your member account before connecting with a reader. Funds added to your account are used to pay for readings and any applicable call charges.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds available before beginning a call. Payment information must be accurate, current and authorised for use by you.

8. Refunds and Account Credit

Payments for readings are generally non-refundable once a reading has commenced, including where you choose to end the call early, change your mind, do not use the full 20 minutes, or decide that you do not wish to continue with the selected reader.

This does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. If there is a genuine service issue, billing error or technical fault that prevents the service from being provided, please contact us so we can review the matter.

Where appropriate, we may offer a correction, account credit, reconnection, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances and our obligations under applicable law.

9. Reader Availability and Callbacks

Reader availability may change without notice. A reader may be online, offline, unavailable, on another call, or temporarily away from the phone line.

If a reader is unavailable, you may be able to request a callback or choose another available reader. We cannot guarantee that a specific reader will be available at any particular time.

10. Reader Profiles and Information

Reader profiles, descriptions, specialties, ratings and availability information are provided to help you choose a reader. While we aim to keep this information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all profile details, schedules, ratings or availability indicators will always be complete or error-free.

11. Customer Conduct

You agree to use the service respectfully and lawfully. You must not abuse, threaten, harass, intimidate or behave inappropriately toward readers, staff or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service where a customer behaves abusively, misuses the phone line, breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful conduct.

12. Technical Issues and Call Quality

You are responsible for ensuring that your phone, network connection and call environment are suitable for receiving a phone reading. Poor reception, low battery, background noise or issues with your phone provider may affect call quality.

If you experience a technical issue that you believe was caused by the Life Connections Worldwide service, please contact us as soon as possible with details so we can review the matter.

13. No Guarantee of Outcome

Psychic, spiritual and intuitive readings are personal experiences and may vary between customers and readers. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, prediction, message, result, accuracy, emotional response or personal decision arising from a reading.

14. Personal Decisions

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing. Any guidance received through a reading should be considered alongside your own judgment and, where appropriate, advice from qualified professionals.

15. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, creating an account or using the phone reading service, you agree to the collection, use and handling of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, images and design elements are owned by or licensed to Life Connections Worldwide Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Connections Worldwide Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense arising from your reliance on a reading, your personal decisions, your use of the website, your use of the phone line, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website and will apply from the date it is posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the website or phone reading service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights, guarantees or remedies that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
